⭐ Professional Combo (Most Bodyshops Use)
For 20-25 °C booth temperature:
8055 Clear
3225 Hardener
3380 Reducer 5%
1.3 tip HVLP
2.0 bar pressure
2 coats
This setup usually gives excellent flow and minimal orange peel.
🔧 Mixing Ratio (3225 + 3380)Standard mix:
3 parts – Clear coat 8055
1 part – Hardener 3225
0–10% – Reducer 3380 (optional depending on temperature / panel size)
Example Mix
Clear Hardener Thinner
300 ml 100 ml 10–40 mlUse ~5% thinner for normal booth temps (~20-25 °C).
Use 10% thinner for large panels or hotter booths.
